The SKLIG Classic will come to an end as of June 1, 2010.

After 17 years I have decided to no longer organize the SKLIG Classic.  

If anyone wishes to take on the organization please let me know by June 1.

Effective June 1st the SKLIG Classic organization will be dismantled, this website will be shut down and all remaining funds will be donated back to a worthy KL charity once all business commitments have been finalized.

All those who participated in this charitable event should be proud of their efforts in support of Kirkland Lake spirit and charity!  It was successful for all these years only because of your generosity and efforts to attend our event. I extend a heart filled thank  you to all my friends, relatives, fellow organizers, sponsors and friends of KL for their support throughout the years and I look forward to the next time we meet again -- perhaps on a golf course (likely in the rough or sand trap)!

It was truly an honour to be able to bring together so many friends and family for such a worthy event.  It is my hope we will all continue to support such events in the future.
